A break from the ongoing series for our first themed night of the year, with a mix of sci-fi parodies and high fantasy. Starting the night with a classic: The Princess Bride, where the beautiful princess Buttercup is kidnapped and it’s up to our hero Westley to save her. Next is Galaxy Quest, where the crew of a sci-fi show are kidnapped by aliens who think they’re the real thing. We’re finishing the night with Spaceballs, where the Planet Spaceballs, in a desperate attempt to save their polluted planet, kidnaps the princess of Planet Druidia and demands their air supply as ransom.
